These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Cooper Career Partners LLC (“Cooper Career Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or services.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use paid services or subscriptions. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Cooper Career Partners may provide services including:
- Recruiting and talent acquisition consulting.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, ranking, and matching tools.
- Resume writing, resume optimization, and LinkedIn profile services.
- Interview coaching and career consulting.
- Job-search alerts and job-listing notifications.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
3. No Employment, Interview, or Hiring Guarantee
Cooper Career Partners does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, candidates, hires, placements, recruiting success, increased compensation, or any other specific outcome.
Hiring and employment decisions are made by employers, recruiters, candidates, and other third parties. Those decisions are outside our control.
4. Automated Tools and Scores
Some tools may use keyword matching, automated analysis, ranking, scoring, algorithms, or artificial intelligence. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on limited information.
Automated outputs are informational only. They are not legal advice, employment advice, human-resources advice, or a substitute for independent professional judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing results before making hiring, application, or career decisions.
5. Candidate Matcher and Employer Responsibilities
Employers, recruiters, and other users must use candidate information lawfully, fairly, and only for authorized business purposes. You are responsible for complying with employment, privacy, discrimination, recordkeeping, and other laws that apply to your use of candidate data.
Candidate scores or recommendations must not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision. Users should conduct appropriate human review and independently evaluate qualifications.
6. Resume and Career Services
We strive to provide high-quality resume, LinkedIn, interview, and career services. However, we do not guarantee that a resume, profile, coaching session, or other service will result in an interview, response, promotion, offer, or employment.
You are responsible for reviewing final materials for accuracy before using or submitting them. You must not ask us to include false, misleading, fraudulent, or unverifiable information.
7. Job Alerts and Third-Party Listings
Job alerts may rely on information obtained from third-party job boards, publishers, websites, or data providers. Listings may be inaccurate, duplicated, expired, changed, removed, or unavailable.
We do not guarantee that every matching job will be found or delivered, that alerts will be immediate, or that an application link will remain active. You are responsible for reviewing each listing and applying directly through the applicable third-party service.
Cooper Career Partners is not responsible for third-party job postings, employers, application processes, websites, hiring decisions, or the accuracy of third-party information.
8. User Content and Uploaded Materials
